“When she comes to the studio and if she’s not getting enough sleep or just got off the flight, she’ll let me know. She’s happy to do some training that makes her feel like she’s working a little. In her body, she knows her body. She moves her body and doesn’t give her on days when she feels she can’t move.

In her workout video, Preity focuses on power sessions. She places strength, flexibility and core to test, indulge in mixes such as side lunge stretching, dumbbell squats, screws, squats, boards, arm pull-downs, and more.

Preity suggests that she is working on a “new project.” We tried our luck to dig into some information about it, but Yasmin Karachiwara is a real friend of Preity. She said, “Well, that’s a new project that no one would know. Wait for some hints!”

Not only for overall health and mental health, but this is achieved when you think about your health. And arthritis is important to start a workout if you are not yet.”
