Apple is currently squeezing more money from AppleCare+ guarantees. In addition to canceling most pay advance plans, Apple is also increasing the cost of AppleCare+ subscriptions on all iPhones.

Now, the only way to buy AppleCare+ with a traditional pay advance plan is to buy your device online from Apple.

Products purchased from Apple retailers no longer offer this option. Payroll prepaid plans are no longer available to purchase from the device itself.

Meanwhile, Apple has increased the monthly price of AppleCare+ subscriptions on all iPhone models.

As MacRumors points out, AppleCare+ costs 50 cents per month for US iPhones.

Price increases affect both standard and theft and loss plans, but plans for other products have not been affected so far.

At Apple Economics, it costs about half the price of 50GB of iCloud storage per month. This is 99 cents per month. Apple would appreciate your 50 cents and will now avoid going out of business for another year for that.
