Apple’s smart video bell could present Magsafe … because, why don’t you have?
We already knew that it is rumored that Apple works on a smart house bell that could rival the tastes of Ring, Eufy, Aqara and Arlo, and now we have some additional details thanks to an informant.
Kosutami, who is said to have a decent history of technological rumors, published a tweet that said the new bell could come with Apple’s Magsafe technology on board.
However, what Magsafe could add to the mixture is a mystery, however, I suppose it could be for the wireless load of a battery pack, or to magnetically join the timbre to a support.
At the end of last year, Mark Gurman of Bloomberg reported that Apple was in the early stages of developing a timbre and smart locks that would use Face ID to identify people and unlock the door.
The report suggests that the Apple video bell would scan a resident’s face when approaching, then it would connect wirelessly to a lock to unlock the door automatically.
Using Apple’s safe enclave chip, it is said that the system can process the ID data separately from the main hardware, as well as Apple’s biometric technology.
It is intended that this intelligent bell can be integrated with the smart locks compatible with homekit of existing third parties, but Apple could also be associated with a brand to deliver a complete package in the launch.
It is also rumored that presents the next Wi-Fi/Bluetooth “proxima” chip of Apple, which is expected to debut in new homepod mini and Apple TV devices.
This movement would be part of Apple’s broader thrust on Smart Home Arena, according to reports, focused on Apple’s intelligence ecosystem.
Other rumored products include an Apple brand television, new home intelligent cameras and a couple of dedicated smart houses centers.
These are configured on functions screens; One with a magnetic design mounted on the wall, and another together with a robotic arm for improved functionality.
