ZSTARR provides a 2-year warranty for motors and controllers. For any damage or failure of the motor or control device in the previous 2 years, we will provide free repair or replacement.
IMPORTANT: The width of the curtain includes the brackets on both sides and the edges of the baffle (both sides take up approximately 1” in total), so the actual width of the fabric is 1” narrower, which can sometimes let light in if the curtain is installed inside the window frame. To solve the problem of light leakage, we provide blackout slots on the custom pages.
【Important】The width of roller shades for windows includes side brackets or valance edge (which takes up to 0.5” on each side), so the actual fabric width is 1.1” narrower, which sometimes will let the light come in if the shade is inside mounted to the window frame. To solve the light leakage, we also offer the light blockers at ZSTARR store.
