Constructed for durability they feature a thickness of 4.5mm and a length of 41” which makes them perfect for using by yourself, for fitness classes, or even rehabilitation exercises.
Color Coded Resistance: These assist bands are color-coded by width and offer varying levels of resistance. Yellow – 1/4″ (5-15 LB), Red – 1/2″ (15-25 LB), Black – 3/4″ (50-75 LB), Purple 1 1/4″ (100-120 LB), Green – 1 3/4″ (120-175 LB), Blue – 2 1/2″ (175-230 LB).
