Q: What’s the minimun focusing distance of this zoom camera?

A: This camera can focus down to a few centimeters for close inspection or watching, also you can adjust for further away focus

Q: What is the difference in performance between the 5-50mm and 2.8-12mm lens ? which is better for ultra-close up shots?

A: 5-50mm is telephoto lens, 10X optical zoom, it would excel at macro videography and long distance shots ,suitable for all kinds of distance adjustable (also nice for wild animals watching,bird nest watching, parts inspection up close, closeups, performance shooting…)

2.8-12mm lens is 5X optical zoom, it has a wider angle, great to use for stream, video meeting, online teaching, home security ect.

Q: What’s the mount of the lens?

A: CS mount lens, having the option to swap lenses, be able to use as a microscope with a macro lens

Q: Does this camera have IR-cut filter, can i remove it?

A: Yes, and you can remove it, just need to open the camera from the back, and unscrew the holder with ir filter and take out.

2, In the large angle image, there maybe little vignetting or dark corner on the edge of the screen image

3, Please don’t open several camera Apps/software for use at the same time. Otherwise the camera will display a black image even it can be recognized by the device

4, If the voltage at the usb port is unstable, the picture will be blinking or have the color lines, please try on different devices or usb port
