How to adjust the left and right offset of the running belt?

There is a 6mm hexagonal tool come with the package, you can use it to adjust (adjust the tension bolts on the closer side), please refer to the manual for detailed operation or you can contact seller support as well.

How to adjust if the running belt got too tight or loose?

If the running belt gets too tight it will cause stronger resistance, please adjust both sides screws 1-2 turns counterclockwise. If the running belt is too loose, please adjust both sides screws 1-2 turns along clockwise.
