Directing Tidal Connect and Spotify Connect, Qobuz Connect does exactly what he would expect, allowing him to transmit his music directly from the Qobuz application to a compatible team without resorting to Bluetooth, AirPlay, Chromecast or other third -party interface.
That means that no more clumsy with multiple applications or depending on an experience of baked Qobuz that is generally a version stripped of the real.
Instead, Connect download real transmission tasks on its compatible device, such as a network transmitter or an amplifier, while your desktop phone or application simply acts as a remote control.
It is the same basic model as Spotify Connect or Tidal Connect, with a high resolution transmission available; Qobuz is pushing transmissions up to 24 bits/192 kHz.
One of Qobuz Connect’s most practical advantages is how the reproduction of applications synchronizes. You can start an album on your laptop and change your phone or high fidelity configuration without omitting a rhythm. Even desktop and mobile applications remain synchronized, so they are always in control regardless of the screen you are using.
Qobuz also keeps simple things: there is no additional application to install, and there are no new subscriptions to buy. If you are already in a sublime study or plan, you are ready. The function is being implemented as a free firmware update for the compatible equipment, without additional costs or hidden captures.
Qobuz Connect is launching with a healthy list of almost 60 audio brands on board, from Naim, Marantz and Denon, to McIntosh, DCS, JBL Premium Audio, Wiim, Hifi Rose, Focal, Eversolo, Lumin and many more.
The French brand worked in collaboration with Streamunlimited Engineering, a technological partner behind the scene known for helping Premium audio brands to integrate next generation functions.
